The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is seeking a seasoned leader to join them as they work to bring entrepreneurial learning opportunities to young people across the country. NFTE is a growing organization that will need an experienced Talent professional to provide support to all of their human resources functions as they prepare to grow.
The Vice President of Talent (VPT) will own the vision, strategy, and execution of talent acquisition, development, and stewardship throughout NFTE. The VPT will provide high-level leadership in developing and executing human resources strategies in support of the NFTE mission and provides overall strategic direction and oversight for optimizing human capital processes, tools and systems.
The VPT has responsibility for building and developing organizational effectiveness through: talent management/succession planning, change management, organization and performance management, culture-building, training/development and compensation and benefits. The successful candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record of success in these areas using creativity and innovation while also leveraging technology to facilitate the deployment of services to staff.
