“Don’t be afraid of failure. I failed my way to where I am now.”

Cody was this year’s recipient of the Technology Innovation Award. Cody likes to say he’s failed his way to success. Following his NFTE course in 2005, Cody attempted to start two businesses that proved to be unsuccessful. A year ago he joined with another NFTE alumnus to start LogicLotus, a business that provides websites and web solutions to small businesses, nonprofits, and freelancers for a reasonable price. “NFTE opened up my interest in and passion for business,” Cody says. “I definitely want to keep on going and have my own business in the future.” Cody hopes to go attend the Wharton School of Business after he graduates from high school.
