Daniel’s business is built around his passion – skateboarding. Lazer Bearings is a wholesale and retail company that sells high performance, low cost ceramic silicon bearings for skateboarding and rollerblading that are lighter, faster, and harder than other bearings. In the spring of 2007, Daniel won first place in the Greater Los Angeles business plan competition, and in October he placed third in the 2nd Annual Smith Barney/NFTE National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge. Daniel currently attends El Camino Community College in California, and plans to enroll in the University of California at Berkeley’s business management program in 2010.
