
As in a full-length NFTE program, BizCamp students come up with a business idea and then work to complete a business plan. At the end of the camp, students present their plans to a panel of judges for a chance to win seed capital.
BizCamps take place during the summer or during school breaks. They are offered free of charge to all participants who meet household income requirements.

BizCamp participants receive a number of benefits including a textbook and workbook, wholesale trip grants, and the chance to win awards and prize money.

Girl Empower: The NFTE Summer BizCamp Experience [3]
Hosted by WomenUp and The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) and sponsored by Care.com, Girl Empower: The NFTE Summer Camp Experience, is a two-week, intensive camp designed to each young women about personal discovery, leadership, entrepreneurship and teamwork.
The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship is now soliciting proposals from companies and businesses that specialize in running youth summer enrichment programs, and are looking to implement entrepreneurship summer camps starting in 2012.
