AMBITION is a competition-based entrepreneurial program for underprivileged youth that fosters innovative thinking, confidence and work ethic through collaborative hands-on participation.

Founded in 2010, AMBITION is in partnership with Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Today, Shawn is applying his personal experience to his passion for entrepreneurship and a professional record of business success as President and CEO of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) – which teaches the entrepreneurial mindset to young people and provides the tools and attitudes to overcome adversity and address future personal, economic, community and global challenges.

For more than 25 years, the organization I run has been teaching young people -- mostly high-school-age students -- how to think like entrepreneurs. In that time, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) has exposed more than 500,000 students to the power of the entrepreneurship mindset.
