NFTE is helping to support today’s White House Summit on Financial Capability. NFTE graduates, supporters and staff are all participating in the summit.
During the Youth Showcase portion of the day two graduates will be pitching their business plans to a panel of judges. Anthony Carmona, from NFTE NYC, has a computer repair business, and Stephanie Foxworth, from our Cleveland partner, has a specialty food business and also received the first Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Alumni Fund college scholarship at the NFTE Gala. Rodney Walker, another NFTE graduate, will moderate the Promoting Financial Capability through Entrepreneurship Panel.
