The President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability celebrated National Financial Literacy Month by ringing The Opening Bell at the New York Stock Exchange today. NFTE President & CEO Amy Rosen, a member of the Council, participated alongside, John W. Rogers (Chair), Jr., Chairman, CEO & Chief Investment Officer, Ariel Investments.
President Obama created the Council to help Americans make more informed financial decisions.
