Gary Vaynerchuk, co-founder of VaynerMedia, talks about one of the simplest mistakes to make when using Twitter. When you're posting your tweets and not using the @ (the symbol which allows you to tag other users in your messages) then you are failing to maximize the potential reach of your message. By tagging others in your message this allows you to not only get a message out to your followers but the followers of you person you tag as well. At least in twitter we must advice to our costumers everything that happen and updates as well, or depends of the customer because not every one ask for the same kind of attention.
