    Congratulations to the Bright China Foundation (BCF) for their entrepreneurship project being chosen as the best charity project in China! More than 500,000 votes were cast in this people’s choice award from the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and Capital Philanthropy Federation. A quarter of a billion viewers tuned in to watch the awards show, and Minister of the Civil Affairs Department, Beijing Mayor and Vice Mayor attended the event to express their appreciation.
