For the past nine years, NFTE Los Angeles Metro has looked forward to kicking off the summer season with the Private Equity Association of Los Angeles (PEALA) hosting the annual Charity Golf Classic to benefit NFTE entrepreneurship education. Together, PEALA members have raised over a half million dollars through this annual event, supporting more than 20,000 underserved middle and high school students in NFTE programs throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
This year, PEALA’s host committee had to make the difficult decision to cancel the event due to COVID-19, but NFTE is pleased to mark the 10-year anniversary of this extraordinary partnership with a video retrospective — and a hope to continue the momentum when our friends and supporters can meet on the greens again in 2021.
