Do you share our values?

Founded in 1987, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is a global nonprofit that brings the power of entrepreneurship education to learners, educators, and decision-makers so all young people can own their futures. We believe in the power of entrepreneurship and its ability to transform lives, regardless of background or circumstance.
Our mission drives us to cultivate the next generation of diverse entrepreneurs, both in the United States and globally. By combating educational and societal inequities, we strive to create a more inclusive world.
Our team embodies NFTE’s commitment to the future of work, education, and economic mobility. We are a diverse group of high-achieving, dedicated professionals from all walks of life. We bring our unique backgrounds and experiences with us in this work, and at work we embody our organization’s values. As an equal opportunity employer, we invite you to join us in making a difference.
Our Values
Leading with purpose also means we are committed to owning the outcome; reimagining the possibilities; championing equity; building together, winning together; and driving the dialogue. To be a member of our team means embodying these principles throughout our work—holding ourselves to the highest standards, creating innovative solutions, advancing equity for all, and collaborating to achieve shared success. These values guide us in our mission to bring the power of entrepreneurship education to learners, educators, and decision-makers so all young people can own their futures.
